For full-time employees we provide NET60 terms, meaning you only have to pay two months
after the hire. This provides ample time to assess the success of the hire. If you
terminate a candidate within this period, you won’t be required to pay the placement fee.
For contractors, the process is straightforward. You can terminate the contract whenever
you desire, and you would only pay the contractor for the time worked.
